We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Processing Fee

All returns are subject to a $10 processing fee, deducted from your refund.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
