RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange on non-custom, non-decorated items.

Final sale and decorated pieces are not eligible for return.

COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS COVERAGE

• When you opt in at checkout, return shipping is included—allowing you to send back any eligible item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange at no additional cost.
• If you choose not to add coverage, returns are still accepted; however, a $10 processing fee and return label cost will apply.
• All returns remain subject to the guidelines outlined in our return policy.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

B. Draddy accepts returns and exchanges on international orders, including those shipped to Canada.
