- Standard processing time is 2–3 business days; during high-volume periods, it may take up to 7–10 business days.
- Decorated items are custom-made and require 7–10 business days for processing.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes; shipping to a PO Box may cause delivery delays or additional charges.
