When can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you have trouble locating your tracking details or need assistance, please contact B. Draddy Customer Care for support.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take 7–10 business days.
Decorated items are custom-made and require 7–10 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
What shipping services do you offer?
We ship via UPS with the following options:
- UPS Ground (Economy):
3–5 business days
FREE on orders $150+
$10 on orders under $150 - UPS 2-Day:
2 business days — $20 - UPS Next-Day:
1 business day — $40
Free shipping applies to economy ground shipping only.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders shipped to a PO Box may experience delays or additional charges.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
BDraddy offers a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
All returns are subject to a $10 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
What items are eligible for return?
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in their original packaging
- Have all tags attached
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Important: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, even if they meet all of the criteria above.

Follow the prompts to submit your request. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
How do exchanges work?
Exchanges are initiated through the B. Draddy returns & exchanges portal. Once your exchange request is submitted and approved, instructions will be provided to complete the process.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact B. Draddy Customer Care immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
All items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

- Collegiate logo items – any product featuring official team logos.
- Special collections – limited or exclusive collections designated as final sale.
- Boxers – all styles are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
We want to ensure our customers understand these exceptions clearly before completing a purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card company.

If you prefer a trimmer look, stay true to size. For a slightly more relaxed fit, consider sizing up.
