The 20-Hour Problem
Plays Quietly. Moves Quietly. Nobody Knows You're in Rain Gear.
It goes on first and comes off last. Through the commute, the office, the course, and everything after. Around 20 hours of skin contact every day. Yet most decisions are made in seconds. The Richard Boxer starts with a different question — what should the most worn piece in your wardrobe actually be made from?
- Highest skin contact time of anything you wear
- 20 hours a day, every day
- Organic Peruvian Pima cotton as the foundation
The Chafing Problem
The Friction Point at the Seam That Gets Worse by Hour 6 Is Not Something You Have to Accept.
Raised seams start unnoticed, then build into discomfort. Most assume that’s normal. It isn’t. The Richard Boxer uses flat seams throughout, removing friction points completely so nothing builds against the skin over time.
- Flat seams eliminate friction
- Built for full-day wear, not first-hour comfort
- Construction that disappears when worn
The Waistband Problem
The Elastic That Digs In by Lunchtime Has Been Stealing Your Comfort for Years.
Rigid waistbands create pressure that builds through the day. What starts unnoticed becomes uncomfortable hours later. The Richard Boxer uses a soft felt elastic that stays comfortable without digging or losing shape.
- Soft elastic — no pressure points
- Consistent comfort from morning to night
- Designed for long wear, not quick fitting
The Tag Problem
The Label Scratching at the Back of Your Waistband Serves No Purpose You Can't Live Without.
Tags exist for information, not comfort. Yet they sit directly against the skin. The Richard Boxer removes them completely, printing details on the waistband instead.
- Fully tagless construction
- Care info printed, not sewn
- No irritation across the day
The Material Problem
Most Underwear Is Made From the Cheapest Cotton That Passes. This One Is Made From the Best.
Standard cotton uses short fibres that feel rough and degrade. Peruvian Pima uses long fibres that create smoother, softer fabric that improves with washing. The difference is immediate.
- Long-staple Pima cotton for softness
- Gets better with every wash
- 92% Pima / 8% Spandex blend
